- Administer and Execute OFS policies and procedures as directed by company president and supervisor
- Implementation, use and maintenance of software systems such as but not limited to: Samsara, Real
- Green, Service Channel (Walmart/Sam’s Club), Pike Pass, HCMtogo Time Clock, etc..
- Managing Yard and Shop area cleanliness
- Inspecting Crew Trucks Each Moring Prior to Dispatch
- Responsible for overseeing and assisting with the procurement of materials and equipment.
- Coach and Mentor current OFS employees for quality control and promotions
- Train employees to execute OFS quality standards and practices for all segment lines
- Responsible for working with OFS executive team on landscape and maintenance scheduling
- Responsible for Always developing and implementing Operational Efficiencies
- Other Misc Duties as Required or Assigned with the Branch
- Attending HBA/Other Various Meetings outside of Work Hours
- Completing and Closing Out Lawn Service and Landscape Jobs Per the Production Schedule and Assisting the Operations Manager with Quality Control
- Stringent Communication with Supervisor on a Daily, Weekly, Monthly Basis
