Oklahoma Facility Services is a locally owned, growing exterior maintenance company based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. We provide professional street sweeping and lot cleaning services for commercial properties across the region.
We are seeking Street Sweeper Technicians to support our commercial sweeping operations. This role is responsible for operating sweeping equipment, maintaining clean paved areas, and delivering consistent, high-quality service for our clients.
Technicians work both independently and as part of a team and play a key role in maintaining safe, professional environments for commercial properties.
Responsibilities
- Operate commercial sweeping equipment on assigned properties
- Maintain clean parking lots, drive lanes, and paved areas
- Clear debris from curb lines and storefront areas
- Maintain assigned vehicle and equipment in good working condition
- Use mobile devices or tablets to complete service tickets and document work
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
- Perform additional duties as needed
General Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
- Prior experience operating commercial vehicles or equipment preferred
- Mechanical awareness and ability to report equipment issues
- Strong attention to detail and professionalism
